Our intention is to create an environment for people from all religions, all world views, and all experience levels to join together in meditation. Our vision is to continue inspiring world-wide meditations until the entire world is invited to join - literally!

The meditation is a simple, one-hour, silent meditation followed by 11 minutes of "Sound Bath.” We invite you to join us for all of it, part of it, or come to hang out and bask in the peace. We invite you to come with your own deepest intention for yourself, your community, & our planet.

After one hour of silent meditation, each MedMob comes together for 11 minutes or longer of "Sound Bath.” Meditators can use Om, Ong, God, Allah, Ma, Yeah, or any other sound or mantra that resonates deeply within yourself. This part of the MedMob is super fun, impactful, and sounds amazing!

We are so confident that meditation will improve the world that we have created One Giant World Wide Meditation Community so that all can experience the joy of self discovery. Our social environment is changing and now is our opportunity to create a world that we can be proud of. "Give meditation a try, it's not what you think."

MedMob is a volunteer based non-profit organization with countless people giving their time, energy, & love to grow the movement from 1 city in January '11 to over 300 around the world!
